Burk’s Falls Welcome Centre Barista & Bakery
The Burk’s Falls Welcome Centre doubles at the Village and surrounding community’s tourist information Centre. Here, visitors will find information regarding current events, Heritage River Trial maps, top 10 Things to see and Do in Burk’s Falls and savory treats, made local and fresh every day.
The Centre is operated by local resident Lisa and Emily, who create delectable treats and brew hot coffee daily, along with a variety of other hot and cold treats. The Center offers visitors a comfortable place to enjoy a beverage while sitting on the patio over looking the swift flowing waters of the Magnetawan River.
Grab a coffee, treat and Heritage River Trail map, set out on one of the many trails and take advantage of the peaceful environment in which surrounds the Village. Entrance into the trails can be found at the Heritage Covered Foot Bridge, along the path veer to the right and follow the Riverside Path along the waterfront.
Located along Ryerson Crescent/Highway 520, conveniently at not only the access point to the Heritage River Walk but also to the Villages boat launch and dock site, it is here that visitors will find access to a municipal water fountain which is available during the summer months.
If you have an event or service you would like to make the community aware of, contact the Center.
