Winter Parking Restrictions

Notice to residents of the Village of Burk's Falls

Overnight parking will be enforced during the winter months on the streets/roads in the Village of Burk's Falls.   No person shall park a vehicle in such a way as to obstruct or hinder the snowplow or other vehicles engaged in the removal of snow, and any vehicle found so parked shall be towed away and the owner of said vehicle must pay such towing charge.

Neither the Municipality nor any of its contractors shall be liable for any damages caused by such unlawfully parked cars or trucks by any vehicle engaged in the removal of snow.
