THE VILLAGE OF BURK’S FALLS
SPECIAL COUNCIL MINUTES

On Tuesday October 7, 2003 a special meeting was held at 4:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting was an inception meeting with MTO and Marshall Macklin Monaghan regarding the contract on the Armstrong Bridge. Present were:
Village of Burk’s Falls: Joe Van Gaal - Bruce Campbell - Cathy Still - Alex Millar.
M.T.O. - Jim Quigley - Peter Stuart - Brenda Liegler.
MMM - Andrew Hachborn - Firoz Moolani.

Attached is an agenda as prepared by MMM.

MMM also had a draft schedule and a list of contacts for the parties involved. The draft contract supplied by MMM will be reviewed by Village personnel before signing it.

All items of the agenda were covered with discussions on the various items and clarification by M.T.O. and MMM staff.

The meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
