The Village of Burk's Falls By-Law No. 7-1998
By-Law Regulating Dogs

Section 3 of the Dog By-Law states that:

• 3.1 No owner shall permit a dog to run at large in the Village of Burk's Falls

• 3.3 No owner shall allow a dog to trespass on private property.

• 3.6 Owners shall clean up any excrement left by their dog on property other than their own.

The above infractions are subject to fines of $100.00 per occurrence.
