Silent Auction Instructions

The Silent Auction is a Fund Raising event sponsored by the “OUR COMMUNITY WORKS” committee and all money received will be donated to the Armour Ryerson & Burk’s Falls Memorial Arena/Community Centre Project.
All items have been donated through the generosity of various businesses/individuals. As in all fund raising events we hope to raise as much as possible, so please bid generously.

If you are interested in placing a bid:

1. You must register at the Burk’s Falls Welcome Centre (Espresso Bar) located on Ryerson Crescent, beside the Walking Bridge and you will receive a Bidder #. The Welcome Centre is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm.

2. Bids are only being accepted at the Burk’s Falls Welcome Centre (Espresso Bar). Place your bid on the page associated with the item(s) you wish to bid on.

3. Bidding will close on Friday August 31, 2007 at 8 p.m. The successful bidders will be announced on Monday September 3, 2007 at the Fall Fair. Bidders will be contacted by telephone to arrange payment and pick up of their article(s). All items must be picked up no later than September 14, 2007.
